Inviting friends

Today I invited my classmates to the evangelistic meetings.

Some of them said, "Sorry, I can't come because I'm too busy." Others asked, "What are these meetings like?"

One of my classmates came with me. We had fun doing crafts, singing songs, and learning new memory verses. I helped each night at the Registration Table with another one of my friends. My job was to hand out name tags to the boys and girls who came to the program.

The theme of these evangelistic meetings was, "Jesus, My Very Best Friend!"

These are the crafts that I did at the meetings!
  1. Basket of loaves and fish
  2. What do the dead know?
  3. Who is coming back?
  4. Days of Creation
  5. The Bible Tells Me . . .
  6. Heaven
  7. God answers Daniel's Prayer

The Garden, part 1

In my Life Skills Class at school, we started a garden in a raised bed. Last year we had hard clay soil in the raised bed. But it was like working in cement, and it got harder by the day, since it was so hot.

We made a custom made growing medium that was designed by Jacob Mittleider. It has fine sand, finely ground up coconut husks, and composted soil. We added minerals like dolomite, so that the soil would be balanced.

Questions for my readers:
  1. Have you ever had a raised bed garden before?
  2. Have you used the Mittleider method before?
  3. What lessons have you learned from growing a garden in a raised bed?

Visit to Dusit Zoo

Today I went to a zoo. It's called Dusit Zoo or เขาดิน. My family and I saw all kinds of animals there. I saw zebras, hippos, and giraffes from Africa.

I saw a sun bear and other animals. There are lots of different reptiles, some with sharp teeth like these crocodiles! The crocodiles smiled with their mouths open and the dentist birds cleaned the crocodile's teeth.

Another fun thing to do at the Dusit Zoo is ride the paddle boats. Inside the zoo there is a nice lake that you can explore by boat. But you have use your muscles to move the boat around the lake.

When it was time to go home, me and my dad were walking together. I was looking down, and I saw a deadly green viper snake on the sidewalk. My dad didn't see it, and almost stepped on it! But I said to my dad, "Watch out!" I saved my dad from stepping on the deadly green viper snake that was 3 feet long.

Do You Love Jesus? Yes or No

I love Jesus. Do you love Jesus? Yes or No

Last Sabbath I went to Sabbath School.
We sang songs together. I learned from the Bible about Jesus and His love for me. Jesus is coming very soon!

I am telling my friends that Jesus is coming back very soon! Some of my friends don't know Him, and I would be very sad if I couldn't play together with them in heaven with Jesus.

Dear Reader:

  1. Do You Love Jesus? Yes or No
  2. What are you doing to show Jesus you love Him?
  3. Who are you telling?
